From the warm welcome drink upon arrival to the seamless check-in process facilitated by the attentive and accommodating staff, including Lorie, Miss Lydia, Mr Mohammed, and Jocelyn, the level of service surpassed expectations. The well-laid-out lobby and reception area exudes a sense of grandeur, complemented by top-notch facilities like the poolside restaurant where Moustafa shines as an excellent host. While the rooms may benefit from a decor update, the stunning views make up for it.
